Ed is the Founder and CEO of CoVideo. Over the years he worked with Ingersall Rand, Westinghouse, General Motors, General Electric, Rubbermaid, Mack Truck, and many more. Having the entrepreneurial spirit, he has launched more than 20 companies over his career.

Five years ago he was inspired by his son, Brad, to start a business specializing in video on the Internet. In the spring of 2004, he took CoVideo from concept to company and began developing and improving his video email product. Ever the creative mind, Ed soon added Live Conference, Live Presentation and Live Rep to the CoVideo portfolio and is the driving force behind innovation and product enhancements.

During his years at Purdue University, where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Jason had the opportunity to consult with two startup companies. Those experiences sparked an interest in building his own business. The opportunity came, shortly after graduation in 2004, when he teamed up with Ed Mugg. CoVideo was in its infancy and Jason´s enthusiasm, energy and drive were the perfect complement to Ed´s creative mind. His willingness to take on any challenge (and an ability to function with little sleep) was instrumental in
CoVideo´s growth.

Today, systems administration, software deliverables, and internal IT all fall under Jason´s jurisdiction with responsibilities that extend to managing software engineers, quality assurance, vendor relationships, and systems administrators. Jason´s entrepreneurial spirit, along with his technical expertise, are powerful factors in moving CoVideo toward greater success.

Away from work Jason is an avid follower of tennis, enjoys golfing with friends and taking his dog Zoe for walks.

Jamie began her career with Midway Airlines, based in Chicago, and was soon promoted to Station Supervisor. After several years, a wedding and two children, Jamie and her family relocated back to Illinois. There she opened a floral design business specializing in custom arrangements designed to suit clients unique tastes and
budgets. The business and Jamie´s reputation for quality and value outpaced her ability to make creations so additional hands were soon enlisted. After eight successful years, an out-of-state move to Indiana took her in a new direction.

In 1997, shortly after arriving in Indiana, Jamie was hired by a highly rated community bank and began honing her investment skills while administering a 20 million dollar trust department portfolio. Close proximity to the IT Director intrigued Jamie with the potential of online banking. She quickly became involved in the project and was key to the implementation and training (for both employees and customers) of this new technology.

A final relocation in 2007 brought Jamie and her family to Lafayette, IN where she was soon employed by CoVideo as Financial Administrator. Over the past year and a half her contributions have expanded into sales, marketing, support and oversight of daily operations.

Meagan O'Leary graduated from Purdue University in December 2004 with a major in Computer Graphics and a minor in Computer and Information Systems Technology. She was previously employed by School Datebooks, working as a desktop publisher and a graphics supervisor. She has been with CoVideo since October of 2006. In her free time, Meagan enjoys hiking, camping and hanging out with friends.
