Here are a few tips to improve your online Broadcast Experience:
1Make sure your camera is working and your sound is on prior to entering any event.
2The top left seat is reserved for the event creator. Guest presenters may click on any other available seat when joining an event.
3If at any time during the event you see all other participants freeze on the screen REFRESH your browser.
4To increase the size of your screen when in an event:
- Internet Explorer - Press the F11 function key. Press F11 a second time to return to normal view.
- Firefox - Go to View on the menu bar and click "Full Screen". Repeat the procedure to go back.
5To increase internet speed, unplug your router before entering an event.
Wait 15 seconds, then plug it back in.
6If the green light in the upper right hand corner of the event screen turns orange or red this indicates you may not have enough Internet speed to successfully attend or present in an event.
