In order to subscribe as a CoVideo User, you must complete an E-contract. During this process you are required to provide contact information (such as name and email address) and choose a user name and password. You will then receive an email from us welcoming you to Covideo and confirming your username and password.

CoVideo uses your personal information to establish your account and to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. The Username and Password that you select are your means to access the Covideo services that you have purchased. Your e-mail address may also be used to log in to Live Conferences and Presentations.

From time to time CoVideo may contact you via your e-mail address to update you on any news or to alert you to our upgraded products or services that are available

CoVideo provides weekly video e-mail tips with suggestions on how to effectively use your CoVideo products and services.

When you purchase a product or service CoVideo requires certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card type, account number, expiration date and the cardholder´s name if credit card is used as method of payment).

This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Credit Card Information

If you use a credit card for payment, the credit card information you enter on our web site, is encrypted using secure socket layer
technology (SSL).

Information such as meeting schedules, e-mail addresses, presentations and attendee lists generated by Users of Covideo services are maintained on Covideo´s servers. Such information is password protection to insure that access is limited only to licensed subscribers. Covideo management and employees responsible for controlling and operating the Covideo programs have access to this information for purposes of monitoring usage and content and troubleshooting any malfunctions of the system.

At no time will Covideo use information such as meeting participant lists to market Co Video products and services.

All meeting hosts and participants should be aware that any personally identifiable information revealed on line in the course of a meeting or presentation can be seen and/or heard by all other attendees.

In the course of operating our business it may be necessary or appropriate for us to provide access to your personal information to others such as our service providers, contractors and select vendors so that we can operate the service and our business. Where practical, we seek to obtain confidentiality agreements that are consistent with this policy and that limit others' use or disclosure of the information you have shared.

Covideo reserves the right to share your personal information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, to establish or exercise our legal rights or, defend against legal claims when, in our judgment, such disclosure is required or appropriate.

CoVideo reserves the right to share your personal information if we believe it is necessary in order to protect our rights or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of CoVideo terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

We provide you the opportunity to ´opt-out´ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes. We use Constant Contact to maintain our email communications list, and they handle all opt-out requests which are submitted by following the instructions at the bottom of the email communication. As is true of most Web sites, CoVideo gathers certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and

Covideo uses this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users´ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

CoVideo does not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Employees of CoVideo Systems may from time to time view these materials. Any customer found not complying with the terms of service regarding the content of materials entered or stored on CoVideo products may have their service discontinued, and if Covideo believes, in good faith, that any laws have been broken or anyone has been harmed as a result of the video content, we maintain the right to contact authorities. Covideo employees also have access to reports generated showing statistics such as: number of videos created, number of videos sent, number of videos viewed, number of videos forwarded and to whom, when videos were viewed.

This Web site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by CoVideo. Please be aware that CoVideo is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

Upon cancellation all text, videos, contact information, still images, presentations and other related material stored in your account will be deleted from the system.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
