Covideo has been Jason’s passion project turned full-time gig since graduating from Purdue University in 2003. He, along with fellow co-founder Jason Cooper, built the software and started Covideo in 2004 when they were just 23 years old. As President of Covideo, Jason is focused on long term vision, expanding into new markets, finding new ways to generate revenue, keeping the company culture intact and paying for the beers. Outside of Covideo he enjoys watching tennis (especially his favorite player, Rafael Nadal) and hanging out with his fiancée and their three dogs, Emma, Annie and Zoe.
Jason – or Coop as he’s known by nearly everyone – is one of Covideo’s cofounders. After graduating from Purdue University in 2003 with a degree in Computer Science, he teamed up with fellow co-founder/childhood friend/college roommate/ping pong partner, Jason Price, and wrote the original code base for what we now know as Covideo. Today, he serves as the VP of Technology – a.k.a. resident problem solver. In his spare time, Coop enjoys cooking (although not as much as he did before cutting carbs out of his diet), going to concerts, and spending time with his wife and their two dogs, Eleanor and Franklin. Their next pet will appropriately be named Theo.
Mike is the senior statesman of the Covideo Team, where he’s lead within the automotive department for nearly eight years. Mike brings more than 18 years of automotive retail experience, which makes him an invaluable resource for Covideo’s many dealership users – coaching them on best practices to better engage their customers through the power of video. Outside of work, Mike’s competitive nature keeps him active in sports like golf, tennis, and cornhole (is that a sport?) He is driven to leave a legacy for his two sons – 23 and 14 years of age – but refuses to provide them dating advise… “Work hard – Play hard – HAVE FUN!”
Dustin started his tenure with Covideo as an intern in 2011 making cold calls while also roofing full-time. After the success he saw from utilizing Covideo for his roofing business and the genuine appreciation he received from other Covideo users who were seeing similar results, he made the switch to working for Covideo full-time as the first official Covideo salesperson. Dustin is now an account manager, specializing in the automotive industry. He received his degree in Business Administration from DeVry University in 2014. Outside of Covideo, Dustin enjoys microbrews, food, meeting new people, and spending time with his wife and their dog, Barley.
Danijel Bosnjak joined the Covideo family in January 2018. He is a multidisciplinary designer, focusing on UX/UI design, brand strategy and crafting usable and beautiful digital products. Over the past 15 years he has contributed to many successful projects, ranging from websites, web applications to mobile apps, both as a freelancer and in-house designer. When he’s not working on Covideo products, he can be found reading books, doing photography, long boarding, kayaking or hang gliding.
Brittany hails from Ahwatukee, Arizona (say that five times fast!), but grew up in Indiana. Brittany brings 10 years of customer service and marketing experience to her new position, and loves that every day at Covideo holds new and different challenges. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Matthew, and their two Weimaraners, Chloe and Waldo. Loves: Notre Dame football, live music, Vegas. Fun facts: Brittany can do the entire Thriller dance from start to finish, and her likeness can be found on packaging for a bridal sash in Wal-Marts nationwide.
Meagan is the Design Manager with Covideo. She has been with the company for over 10 years. She always tries to make sure all your designs are pixel perfect! Originally from Wisconsin, she graduated from Purdue with a degree in Interactive Multimedia Design. She is a wannabe foodie, who is too picky of an eater to be considered a real one. She loves DIY, nature and all things Harry Potter.
Katie joined Covideo in January of 2015 to help build the customer success department. Afterwards, she transitioned to business development to help launch the program and currently enjoys establishing new relationships with the dealerships she works with. Graduating from Ball State with a B.S. in Organizational Communications, she is a native Hoosier and a die-hard Colts fan.
Goran joined the european Covideo team in January 2018. He is a web designer with passion for graphic design and photography, in other words-loves everything with pixels. The first thing he does when he visits a web page is right click to view the page source! Before Covideo, he worked as a freelancer with web/graphic design and WordPress implementation on many interesting projects. When he is not working on improving himself and learning new skills, he loves to travel, hike and take pictures, as well as read sci fi novels or rewatch Kurosawas and Kubrics movies!
John – who actually goes by Jan around the office, but no one seems to know why – is a self-taught code ninja. He’s been geeking out with Covideo for the past decade and loves how the atmosphere is more like a family than a collection of strangers who spend nine hours a day together. When he’s not slaying code, he enjoys hiking, working on his car, riding his bike, paintballing and martial arts - so the “code ninja” thing is only partly a joke. It’s one of his two truths and a lie at summer camps and slumber parties.
Lucija joined Covideo in October 2017 and she is happy to be part of the European Covideo family. So far, Lucija has a bachelor's degree in Business. Even though she doesn't like beer, she spent 6 months studying in Munich, Germany. Currently, she is doing her master's program in Marketing at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Her big passions are Latino-American dances and singing. She is a pretty good dancer, but when she is not dancing Lucija is a synonym for clumsiness. How she spends her free time? Well, a good movie or a book is always a good idea, but she prefers to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
Margaret joined our Covideo team in October of 2016. She brings nine years of sales, customer service and account management experience to her new position, along with a lot of positive vibes. She’s most excited about getting YOU excited about Covideo! She loves how video email helps to convey her sincerity and enthusiasm. A native Hoosier, she graduated from Butler University where she earned degrees in Arts Administration and Public Relations. She’s an accomplished parallel parker and only half fluent in Spanish. Her interests outside of Covideo include foreign travel, Butler basketball, cooking, writing, fitness and spending time with family and friends.
Nicole (#2) started at Covideo in October 2017, and she is so happy to be working for such a fun and dynamic company. She works as a Marketing Assistant, but at times, it may seem that she spends more time with the dogs than at her desk. Nicole is currently still in school at Butler University where she will graduate in May 2019 with degrees in International Business and Marketing and minors in French and German. In her scarce free time, she enjoys playing tennis, participating in clubs, and binge-watching TV shows.
Jeff joined the Covideo team in 2016 after graduating from Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration. He has always been intrigued by technology. Covideo seemed like a natural fit and has proven to be everything Jeff expected and more. He takes pride in utilizing Covideo's software when engaging with prospects and clients. He is an active and successful member of BNI. When Jeff is out of the office, you can find him at the gym, spending time with family, watching endless hours of sports, cooking and enjoying great food.
Amanda has been with Covideo as a Graphic Designer since 2010 after graduating from Purdue University with a double major in Visual Communications Design and Photography & Related Media. She worked a short stint as an in-house designer, but missed the atmosphere of Covideo and came back as soon as she could! Over the course of her career her work has been displayed in places such as AT&T Stadium and American Airlines Center in Dallas, as well as work published in MotorTrend , CityView and Dealer Solutions Magazines. Amanda is a wife, daughter, sister, loving foster parent, and proud mama to a Great Dane and a cat.
Petra joined the European Covideo team in September 2017 and is really excited to take part and see the opportunities Covideo has to offer to the European market. So far, Petra has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics, and currently she is finishing her master studies in Marketing. She was born in Sweden, but spent most of her life in Croatia going to English-speaking international schools, so mixing all 3 languages in a conversation at home is perfectly normal for her. Prior to Covideo she spent 5 months studying in Stockholm and now all she does is talk about how she misses her family in Sweden. She still can’t figure out which country her heart belongs to!
A Purdue Boilermaker, Marinko joined Covideo in 2009 during the company's time at the Purdue Research Park. With a passion for business and technology, Marinko enjoys helping companies utilize technology to deliver a better customer experience and increase sales. While technically the Customer Support Manager, Caitlin also helps to train Covideo users and serves as the company’s resident cheerleader, social chair and general caretaker for all. Caitlin joined the Covideo team in August of 2015 and couldn’t be happier about it. In fact, she looks forward to coming to work every day so much that she picks out her outfit the night before (and always looks fierce). She’s a 2013 graduate of Butler University and lifelong Indianapolis resident. When she’s not enthusiastically and patiently helping Covideo users, she spends her time nannying, scoping out the food scene in Indy, hanging out with friends and going to music festivals.
Jenny has been a part of the Covideo team since March of 2016, marking the start of her career. As a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor of business administration in information systems, Jenny is passionate about technology and its ability to change the way we do business (and life). Her position at Covideo encompasses her love for technology, desire to help others, and create new relationships. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys attending sporting events, the company of family & friends, exercising, being outdoors, live music (almost all genres) and a good flick.
Keirstin came to Covideo in April of 2016 after graduating from IUPUI the previous year with a degree in Sports Management (but fully admits to knowing surprisingly little about sports). Although her title is technically Customer Success Specialist she actually prefers Customer Happiness Specialist. If you ever talk to her on the phone you’ll get it – she’s REALLY happy. She enjoys training and teaching Covideo users so that they can use the software to its full potential. Keirstin is a Pinterst fanatic, unashamed fan of rap music, and lover of all things outdoors – fishing, camping, canoeing. If she could travel to any country she’d go to Greece…mainly for the food.
Jack is a 2017 graduate of Indiana University, and quite possibly the proudest alumnus on the planet. He earned a degree in Sports Communication/Broadcasting and – as one might imagine – is an avid fan of all IU athletics, as well as the Colts and White Sox. He loves that his role at Covideo allows him to talk to new people every day while educating them about how video can enhance their business. Although he’s excited about starting his career, he misses how cheap the beers were in Bloomington (his old college town). We know. Adulting is hard, Jack.
Nicole came to Covideo in March 2017 after working the corporate life in Chicago… and hating it. Originally from Culver, Indiana, she graduated from Purdue University with a degree in biology, but ditched the lab life if favor of sales, where she has excelled as a top performer. She loves what Covideo delivers to its customers: a sense of genuine connection even when they can’t be face-to-face with their target audience. Outside of work she’s passionate about volunteering (Humane Society, Habitat for Humanity, Soup Kitchens – you name it and her heart bleeds for it). A self-proclaimed outdoorsy, dog lover, she de-stresses by shooting hoops (like any good kid from the Hoosier state).
Maja is a 2017 graduate of the University of Toledo college of civil engineering. She grew up in Croatia and decided to pursue her college education in the States. Maja joined our European Covideo team in September 2017, right upon her return to the homeland. She is extremely excited about being a part of Covideo and seeing it succeed in Europe. While studying in Ohio, Maja was representing her school as a division one cross country and track runner. Obviously, she is very passionate about sports, but also enjoys keeping up with work of spiritual writers, such as E.Tolle and Neale D.Walsch. Her favorite thing to do is swimming in the ocean which explains why the beach is were most of her travels lead to.
Programmer (noun.) - A machine that turns coffee into code or in Ivan's case, juice, because he doesn't drink coffee. Ivan has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Split. Makenzie is a 2014 graduate of Indiana University where she earned a degree in Public Health. After a short (hot) stint in Arizona working for Verizon’s health and wellness department, the promise of full-time work and her family and friends lured her back to the Hoosier state. Makenzie loves that Covideo allows her to work in an emerging field with business owners nationwide, helping them and their businesses in totally new and innovative ways. In her spare time, she likes going to music festivals, running in Spartan and Warrior dashes, and spending time with her rescue pup, Gryffin.
Heather started with Covideo in August of 2015 as the Office Manager and Accounting Extraordinaire. She graduated from Indiana State University in 2009, majoring in Management and Business Administration and is currently working on her MBA. When Heather isn't working or studying, she likes traveling to new places, enjoying a glass (or three) of wine, being permanently disappointed in the Cincinnati Reds and spending time with friends and family.
Ana joined our Covideo European team in March 2017. She currently studies at Faculty of Economics and Business in University of Zagreb. She adores summers, especially Croatian summers when she goes to the Adriatic coast to enjoy the sea, sun and beautiful Mediterranean nature. Ana is passionate about helping companies use new technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
In early 2017 John joined Covideo where he made the jump from logistics to tech. With a decade of experience at a Fortune 500 3PL, he is looking forward to growing the company into new verticals and having some fun along the way (see: working at Covideo). Originally from Michigan, John lived in Chicago and St. Louis before settling in Indiana. His flashy socks and affinity for The Boss indicate that he is still youthful despite all the grey hair. When he and his wife, Alex, aren’t chasing around their one-year-old son, Jack, they enjoy traveling and going to concerts. One day he hopes to sink a shot from his office into the tiny basketball hoop that hangs from the conference room door.
Stephanie has a background in acting, and first worked with Covideo as a contractor doing custom video packages in the early 2010's. She joined Covideo full-time in May of 2015 to help launch the business development program. She loves Covideo because it empowers users to make meaningful, memorable connections with their customers and clients. One of our Atlanta-based team members, Stephanie graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in Psychology and from Georgia State University with an M.Ed. in Human Behavior. Outside of building relationships with our customers, she spends most of her time with her daughter, cooking, spending time outdoors, and taking in as much live music as possible.
When Emily joined the Covideo team in May 2015 her focus was initially on training and support. Since then it has evolved into her strategizing with Covideo users. She loves this and how each user’s situation presents a totally unique set of challenges for her to solve! As a student at Marian University she began her studies in special education, but eventually found her passion in marketing, earning her degree in 2013. She’s a former country girl and 4H-er living in a burrow of Indianapolis. She enjoys sports of all kinds and when she’s not at her desk, you can find her pacing the hallway and talking excitedly with a Covideo user.
Ross has been an account manager with Covideo since February of 2014, specializing in the automotive industry. He attended Purdue University concentrating in Law & Society. He loves the fact that Covideo genuinely helps businesses communicate better, ultimately driving more sales and creating better relationships. Ross in a nutshell: Phish. Grateful Dead. Notre Dame football. Indy Car racing. Purdue basketball. Oh, and just when you thought you had him pegged, this same man also loves otters – specifically, Asian small-clawed otters. They’re “wild, but just so adorable.” End quote.
Skylar – affectionately referred to as Skybilly thanks to her country roots – joined the Covideo team in May of 2017 after a stint in the real estate world. She’s a 2016 graduate of Ball State University where she majored in Communications Studies. Skylar loves that her role as an Account Manager allows her to build relationships with many people and help them utilize Covideo to best benefit their business. She also enjoys being able to work with people from lots of different industries. Outside of work she can be found playing sand volleyball, being the world’s greatest aunt, and feasting on only the finest cuisine: plain hot dogs.
This is Kristina, also goes by the name of Kris. She joined the Covideo Marketing team as a Junior Marketing Manager in February of 2018. In her free time she works out, reads and educates herself, spends time with friends and family and teases her sisters.
This petite lioness steals the hearts of all who lay eyes on her flowing locks. “The Blake Lively" of dogs, she brightens anyone’s day with her effervescent smile. She will plop her bodacious bum in any welcoming lap...to score some "pets". She excels acting as the office therapy dog, swaddling around the office letting everyone know she has arrived. When she is not in the office, you can find her sunbathing in her favorite chair, reading fashion magazines with her mom and playing soccer in the backyard with her dad. ...This is not her tinder profile
This is Game. He enjoys playing "keep away", going on short walks and drinking protein shakes. You'll likely find him hanging out upstairs or getting fit in the Covideo gym!
Barley is an Australian shepherd that started working for Covideo at an early age (about a year ago). His ideal day: being Dad's face-licking alarm clock, morning and bedtime snuggles with Mama, fetch & walk x 3 (his parents call it "exercising his demons!"). A tired Barley is the best Barley! -Shepherd owners will understand this, all too well.
This big sweetling will plow through any emotional barrier to steal your heart. He loves to wrestle with his "big" sister Eleanor, a miniature pinscher.
