Today Covideo announced the launch of three new solutions in automotive sales, service, and automation, elevating the platform to a full-cycle suite for dealerships. Dubbed Covideo Dealer Services, the suite of solutions has been tailored to meet the unique needs of the platform’s automotive users. The initial launch includes a bevy of new features, including inventory management, calendar and scheduling integration, as well as expanded SMS capabilities—allowing users to text from both desktop and mobile devices. Additionally, the platform’s new service solution introduces a streamlined workflow specific to service departments’ processes, as well as a repair order quoting system.“While Covideo is, and has been, the leader in automotive video since our establishment in 2004, this release marks an exciting new chapter for us,” said Covideo CEO, Jason Price. “Separating out an auto-specific branch of the Covideo platform allows us to purposefully develop and launch tools, features, and functionalities just for dealers well into the future. These exciting new releases are the first of many dealership exclusives that will accompany the Covideo Dealer Services name and logo.”Covideo is a market leader in video messaging, used by automotive dealerships worldwide for internet lead responses, vehicle walkarounds, appointment reminders, service repairs, recovery and retention efforts, and more. Automotive has been Covideo’s flagship industry since its inception, but, since then, the Indianapolis-based SaaS platform has grown to serve a wide variety of verticals.“The automotive marketplace has been at the heart of Covideo since our founding, but we recognized that the industry needed a more deliberate, and more robust, video solution to bring together every touchpoint of the customer experience,” said Price. “We worked directly with dealers to ensure CDS is the seamless, intuitive solution for next-level dealership success.”To learn more about Covideo Dealer Services’ suite of video solutions, visit https://dealerservices.covideo.com/
