Location/Remote Opportunities:

New hires will need to be in-person at our Broad Ripple headquarters for the first three months of training. Option for hybrid or remote working available after completion of training.

VP of Finance

Reporting to the CEO and serving as an integral member of the senior management team, the VP of Finance will be responsible for all financial operations including accounting, planning, and forecasting. The successful candidate will lead the development of Covideo’s financial management strategy and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and advise the senior management team on financial planning budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities matters.
  • Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.
  • Analyzing company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
  • Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
  • Coordinating, preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions.
  • Upgrade and implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget process.
  • Provide analytical support to the management team including development of internal management reporting capabilities.
  • Build up and lead an accounting team.
  • Improve administrative and operational accounting services such as treasury management, 401k plan, payment processing, payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required.
  • 10 years+ experience in a senior financial management role ideally with experience gained in a high-growth organization.
  • Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict< resolution skills.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask.

Sales Executive

Indianapolis, IN

Join Covideo’s sales team! As a sales team member you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and managing a pipeline of new business. New sales team members will begin their tenure at Covideo with a hands-on training program designed to ramp you up and propel you to success. After this training period, multiple sales career paths will be available based on your skill set, strengths, experience, and areas of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new businesses within a variety of verticals including SaaS, automotive, higher education, senior living, insurance, mortgage, staffing, and more.
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Arrange virtual meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and review the product
  • Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
  • Work as part of a greater team to ensure successful training/on-boarding, adoption, and achievement of goals as outlined by the client.
  • Communicate client ideas, information, and needs to other internal departments, including marketing, support, development, and account management teams.
  • Diligently and consistently follow SOP (not limited to but including tracking all activity and correspondence in Salesforce).
  • Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships

Automotive Account Executive

Covideo is seeking an Automotive Account Executive (AAE) to join our growing company. The ideal candidate possesses experience with the automotive industry and has a track record of exceeding sales quotas. The AAE will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new automotive groups and dealerships
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create self-generated sales opportunities
  • Arrange virtual meetings with prospective groups and dealers to discuss their needs and review the product

  • Address any necessary issues with prospective clients before contracts are signed

Inbound Marketing Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of inbound marketers and vendors to accomplish Covideo’s demand gen goals
  • Develop and implement Covideo’s content marketing strategy to attract a high volume of qualified leads
  • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, PPC, website, social media, whitepapers, etc.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers
  • Monitor web traffic, report on trends, and optimizing web pages for conversions
  • Work with our Web Designer to A/B test content
  • The Inbound Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing

Requirements and Qualifications:
