As a director of technology at Nissan of Cool Springs, Paul discovered Covideo year and a half ago when he joined his current company.
Nissan of Cool Springs does not just use Covideo for sales outreach. Instead, it uses Covideo as a tool to share inventory. More precisely, every time a pre-owned vehicle comes out of its check-in in their shop, it goes to detail. Once it hits the lot, a photographer takes a series of videos. So, they have videos for every vehicle that is on their lot.
As the Director of Technology, Paul understands the power of video in today’s world. “If you can connect with your customers with video email, you get to convey emotion and really make a personal connection with them that you wouldn’t get by just simply typing an email,” Paul explained.
